FPS drops after minimizing the game | (Baldur's Gate 3)

Has anyone encountered such a problem that after minimizing the game, or changing its mode (windowed-fullscreen), the game immediately began to lag? It helps to recover only by restarting the game, and the drawdowns are serious - 70-60 fps turn into 25-40. Can this be fixed at all or is it just another early access tech glitch?
