Quest \"obstinate brother\" (bug) (Dying Light 2: Stay Human)

The essence of the problem is at the stage of the task where it is necessary to clean up the territory in the store. However, the task does not count when everyone is killed inside, and the "clear the territory from the infected" hangs. Because of this, I can't progress further in the quest. Has anyone experienced something similar? How to treat?
