Transfer for PvP. PvP Meta (Elden Ring)

I played a game for myself and completely forgot that there is a meta level for pvp. I now have 185, I started ng +, there I leveled so much and raised it.
Will I be able to fight in pvp with players stably? Is my pumping strong? It's very sad if you have to go through everything again, just so that the level is less.
