Was the card warm or not?

Hello everyone, I recently purchased a GTX 460 SE video card and recently noticed that there are semi-green tracks on one side of the video card, can anyone tell me what this means?

As an option, someone peed on the video card for cooling. Where is the cooling system?

I'm just not very good at all of this. Here:

Kaprizmup looks
like metal under varnish - doesn't it? Copper (or brass?) Lacquered tracks on textolite of the same color.

Just such a clumsy board - it works, so everything is fine)

No, but if it's warming up, then why is it there?

Works - do not touch. Heating cannot leave such smooth boundaries, this is from the factory. If it was heated foolishly, it would look like a dark round spot around the chip, the green textolite becomes dark green, yellow - brown, blue - almost black, but always round, and not like a ruler and strictly along the borders of the tracks.

In my opinion, something about mining.
