Bug when trading (The Elder Scrolls 5: Skyrim)

Good afternoon. I had a very strange bug: when selling items to merchants suddenly increase the weight of my equipment (SHTA?!). But when you resell the items back to merchants (bought and then sold back the purchased item) fine - weight is reduced. Somebody faced similar or any ideas how to cure this misunderstanding.

A similar bug was found when you install the mod Imperial Bank in Skyrim, the extra money from the merchants and reducing the weight of the unique/rare weapons. That's just how the mod finances affect the weight - and did not understand.
Mod of the Imperial Bank can be disabled and no problems. Mod for additional funds from traders can be replaced, the benefit of such mods a few. But the mod is reducing the weight of the weapon I have disabled, removed and nifiga.... saved reinstalling the game and run the save BEFORE installing the mod.
If you have something else... have any mods, try to disable them one at a time or a small group.
