Don't be stupid - this is a feature of the engine, structured loading of each element pixel by pixel, so as not to cause Freezes of the video sequence ...
Your problem is only that the object is loaded slowly ... And this depends primarily on the information store to which it is recorded object - Hard disk...
I bet you are not familiar with hard disk maintenance.
It is enough to carry out a complete defragmentation and quick optimization of hard disk partitions, preferably with a third-party utility, ala iobit Smart Defrag 3.

This is a feature of the engine, usually manifests itself when the camera is turned sharply.

The same trouble, with all objects when approaching/removing. Annoys.
But I have a fresh SSD, RTX 2060 8gb, 16gb RAM. I tried low settings, the squares are still visible.
Is there a solution?
