Help solve the crash issue (Need for Speed: Hot Pursuit)

I start the race, it crashes to the origin without any error.
The game was bought in origin if anyone does not understand.
MVC ++ cost mb not all, but from the VCRHybrid dotNetFx installer
everything costs even 3.5

drx map for 12, for map 11 they didn’t need to update as the
NFS 16 web installer said online which, rushing without problems.
Tried first on Windows 11, same crap. I put down 10ku Pro, not a damn thing has changed.
