Error when taming (Minecraft)

After taming a dog or horse, it starts to slow down a lot when you kill a tamed one, everything works again. What is the problem? minecraft 1.18

The same problem, absolutely all mobs after taming slow down the game (if you look at them), also an "ERROR" dice appears above the mob itself. Did you find a solution comrade?
