Can they be transferred to this site and updated to buy additional packages for them already here?

Even I do not understand the question at all, normally formulate, what kind of "platform" is it? not about the PG site for an hour, what packages? Whether additions to games mean.

PS If you want to buy add-ons for already purchased games on Steam, then there are other stores for this.

This site (PlayGround) doesn't have its own store, so it doesn't sell games or add-ons :) Try to exhale, think and formulate the question again. It's unclear.
