Icon bug (The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt)

Kind people, help, can anyone come across such a problem. I start a new game with mods, around the end of the white garden or already in Vizima, when searching chests, only a water bottle has such a translucent icon, like a book I have read or an already studied recipe. Deleting all mods and running a clean client does not help, only creating a new game and further prayers, or a complete reinstallation of the game. Maybe someone knows how it is treated, mb some file is responsible for incorrect display
