Looking for mod (The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt)

I made an assembly for myself for a long time and downloaded a mod called something like TW2Zoltan (in short, I changed the appearance of Zoltan to Zoltan from the Tsbiytsy of Kings) Due to some circumstances, I had to reinstall the game and the folder with the mods of which there were 370 pieces disappeared, 360 were found, but there is no ZOLTAN, on nexus from where I downloaded it, it’s not a fashion now, on the playground too, I didn’t find it on the Internet either ..... maybe someone has it kinte here or upload it to the play ... well, or at least give a link
