Problem with GTX 1660 StormX palit card

Quite recently, such a problem has appeared that when the temperature threshold is exceeded (which, unfortunately, is not known to me), the video card completely cuts off the image and assigns crazy cooler speeds of about 100%. I don't know what to do with her. I tried to clean it (not straight up to disassembly, because
it is under warranty) and update the firewood, and independently set the speed, it does not help. Disassembling it is not an option, after all, as it was said above, the GP is under warranty, but my hands are not the most direct and I have no experience. Who can tell me how to decide where, what to do? I tried to find similar problems on the Internet, but it did not work.
PS When you restart the PC, the video card works and everything is fine with it. Again, until the moment, until it exceeds the temperature or something.
