Game update problem

2-3 ago, after updating the steam, the download progress began to reset after using the pause in game updates, I downloaded 1 GB or 10, no difference, after the pause, the download will start from scratch + the download progress will no longer be displayed. What kind of things are these, another bombing steam update or just a bug, if the latter, then maybe someone knows how to fix it
