Game won't launch due to save (Elden Ring)

I decided to download the new version and transfer the saves from the old one, I didnâ€™t use the utility, but just threw it into the folder with the saves. Now here is such an error, even the complete removal of save files does not help, the game simply does not enter the main menu.

Solution in regulation.bin file and safes. They are somehow related to each other and therefore must be of the same version, so if such an error occurs, then you need to rollback this file and saves. I think you will understand what to do next, it helped me)
