Game Crash (Elden Ring)

The game consistently crashes in the same place. I tried to move to other locations after loading, you can run there as much as you like, there are no problems, I return to this place and take off. NG+ didn't have any problems when I played it for the first time. Can anyone come across, is there a solution?
