Varik hangs (Warcraft 3)

Hello. Such a problem appeared:
When the game was restarted (1.26a), it stupidly hung tightly. But the computer continued to work, the process "does not respond." After a reboot everything is fine. The task manager shows that there is no load on the kernel, RAM, etc.
After cleaning the registry, deleting empty folders and other things, I was able to log in the second time.
Today worsened - it can hang during the game.
After a reboot it seems to be fine.
I downloaded the new Warcraft from different sites - it did not help.
I did not change the settings in the computer, did not install anything, did not update anything.
