Selena's quest (Elden Ring) does not continue

I did everything according to the guide, Radan was killed, I talked to Jeren, but he does not appear in the ruins, where he should tell the truth about Selena. Any ideas how to fix this?

Try to kill another story boss. Some triggers do not fire immediately. I had this with Nefeli Lux. For someone it moves after Morgoth, for me it moved after Radan, despite the fact that Morgoth was killed.
