Some Murder Weapon by a Tree (Kingdom Come: Deliverance)

I'm replaying this nice game and now I stumbled upon a tree, next to which lies a bow, and under it there is blood and the hint "Murder Weapon" at the bottom right (the screen was made after I interacted), next to it, by the way, a very strange peasant woman is standing, she stands all the time on place and looks somewhere into the distance (mb bug). I didn’t find anything on the Internet about this, maybe it’s somehow connected with the quest, or just added for the sake of appearance?
