In the latest (1.52) the traffic lights are broken!? (Cyberpunk 2077)
It seems that the work of traffic lights is tied to the player, when approaching them, they almost always turn green.Please check the work of traffic lights and AI drivers, they do not react to its color.

I have noticed this for a long time. Still on release, I think.
