Region level issue (Assassin's Creed: Valhalla)

Help with the problem, please!

after passing the test of the bear (unsuccessfully), the level in all regions in Valhalla has changed, it has become higher and red (without a skull), and everywhere it is the same and increases as the character's power increases. The character had 350, the regions changed to 380 and increasing. I play on PS4.
