Missing Pianist Fitzpatrick (BioShock)

When I was in some theater (I don’t remember what it is) at Fontaine, I needed to photograph pianist Kyle Fitzpatrick, but I simply didn’t have him, neither before the piano explosion, nor after. Reboot and restart didn't help. Please help, I can't go any further without his photo.
