Flickering image (Fallout 4)

Good day.
Can anyone suggest a solution to the problem?
I have a new computer with quite acceptable hardware. I decided to play fall but ran into such a problem: The game is on ultras, the fps is stable, everything is fine, but the picture is twitchy, my eyes are leaking out. At first, I didn’t shoot FPS locks and didn’t turn off vertical. I tried to set the fps limit through the nvdia settings and turned on the vertical in the same place - the effect is the same. I tried to disable vertical and lock fps in ini game files - no change. (tried different combinations of these actions) I don’t know where else to poke. Of the mods, there is f4ce, LookMenu and a mod for playing as a ghoul. On an old computer that was much weaker, I played with the same set and without problems. On the new one, no way. Firewood is all fresh. Pirate game. Windows 11.
