The game does not turn on. (Hitman 3)

I have Hitman 1 and Hitman 2 run without problems, but Hitman 3 does not want any. I click "start" and nothing happens. Even the benchmark does not start, although, let me remind you, X1 and X2 worked fine and no problems. No error appears. The process just disappears, and that's it.
