Yes. Within the scene, everything is fixed by the script. Everyone walks along a given trajectory and does only given actions. Extra yellow manikins can be excluded from the scenes (remove extras). Gray manikins cannot be removed at all. It is possible to squeeze out something interesting only by skillful editing. :(

Gray manikins should just be replaced with ordinary ones (wooden ones) and then they can be removed
