You put a bomb and any sign in a fast cell. Next, you find a bandit, wait until he hits and do the following combination:
Counterattack (press the parry button while the enemy is hitting) - quick attack - throwing a bomb - sign.

A small note: even if you kill a bandit with an attack, continue the combo, it will count
