Antivirus blocking the executable (The Crew)

If you want to exclude an application that you fully trust from the Proactive Defense scan, do the following:
Open the main application window.
In the upper right corner of the main application window, click the Settings link.
In the Settings window, go to the Protection tab.
In the left part of the Settings window, select Threats and exclusions.
In the Exclusions section, click the Settings button.
In the Trusted zone window, go to the Trusted applications tab.
Click the Add link.
Select Browse if you want to select a program from all the programs installed on your computer.
Select Programs if you want to select a program from the currently running programs.
In the Application Exclusions window, in the Exclusions field, select the Do not monitor application activity check box.
Click the OK button at the bottom of the window.
In the Trusted zone window, click the OK button.
In the Settings window, click the OK button.
Close the main program window.
Clearly 
PS: It's better to check the boxes everywhere so that there are no other problems.
