Where can I find Dirt 2 Special Edition? (Colin McRae: DiRT 2)

I first heard about the DLC in the second Dirt, Real fans of Dirt 2 you know where you can find it and how it differs from the original, and I don’t remember but there are two more DLCs where to find them too?
