SunEdit2K (Command Conquer: Tiberian Sun)

I think many who hung out in TS for hours know this program, it is needed, let's say, to change the balance in the game (buildings, units, explosions, the ability to create new units and buildings, and much more) and here is the question, finding and downloading it is problematic but doable, but how to bypass the registration .. so that it does not close the program ... who knows?
