Keyboard Issue (LEGO Star Wars: The Skywalker Saga)

I recently encountered such a problem that the arrow keys do not work on the keyboard in lego star wars the skywalker saga. By themselves, in the browser, Word, etc., the arrows work, but it is in this game, when you need to climb the ropes, pressing the arrows does not read in any way. Does anyone know how to solve this?

We are waiting for the developers to pull their hands out of ....
lowered the fps to 30 - it became possible to control the ship (except for the battle - the mouse hangs = Esc + mouse twitch + Esc +.... that's how we play)
climb the ropes, etc. etc. (does not work without cheat-engineering for jumping or gravity)
