How to get out of the Mogwin Palace (Elden Ring)

In ng+, I decided to quickly do the Varre quest, did Tp in the Mogvin area, but before that I didn’t activate any other fire in the Selinia river, because of this I can’t rise to the surface and it turns out I’m stuck there, any ideas how to get out of there?
