Texture issue (The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt)

Everything was fine, but accidentally cut down the computer by pressing the surge protector button. After that, going into the game ofigel ..... loading .... there is sound, there is an interface, even the Persian moves can be seen on the mine map, the inventory opens, meditation is all right - BUT the somo image flashes monotonously THEN there is nothing, just different colors brown, gray, etc., etc. ... so 1-2 minutes and then the game just crashes .... maybe someone came across ....
