Game won't start (Counter-Strike: Global Offensive)

People what to do, I start the game, a black screen appears with the cursor, it takes 10 - 15 seconds and flies to the rob table without any error

I have the same problem. Bought a licensed CD. But the drive does not work - downloaded from a torrent. The black screen with the cursor passes for 10 - 15 seconds and crashes to the desktop without any error!

Solved the problem:
1. Installed Steam.
2. Entered the product key.
3. Through Steam downloaded counter.
4. Everything works without crashes and without any problems.
