I'm new to the old-school isometric RPG genre, and I wanted to ask. Apparently, they don’t play such games for the sake of the plot, or am I not understanding something? The dialogues in the game are all kind of absolutely boring, everyone carries some kind of nonsense, which is easy to get confused in. I got to Merwald so far, a fifteen-minute dialogue with this madman just exhausted me mentally, I tried to follow the thought, but damn it, it's just some kind of horror
Apparently, Diablo is a more suitable option for you, it certainly will not allow the brain to swim. Games like Pillars of Eternity are not only played for the sake of the story, they are not good for the story alone. And in general, to whom that, of course.
Yes, you can read there dofiga. But the plot dialogues are interesting to me, for example. Merwald is insane in the story, so it is logical that the dialogue with him is also not very informative. It's a pretty decent game with a good storyline.
