There was a computer with a monitor in 1280x1024, I wrote in the label + szx 1280 + szy 1024 and everything worked. But yesterday I bought a new computer and a monitor with a resolution of 1920x1080, tell me plizz how to run the game with this resolution!?
I tried to prescribe +szx 1920 +szy 1080 in the shortcut, but it didn’t help, I tried to prescribe the resolution in the profile (in my documents), it didn’t help either, and even the game stopped running altogether, after changing the resolution in Video.con
I have Windows (if , that): Windows 7 :)

As far as I know, battlefield with the latest patch has native support for widescreen resolutions. And if the game crashes at startup, this is obviously due to the incompatibility of the selected resolution and hertz. Try to delete video.con and start the game, it should start with normal resolution and then you can already try to set it up. If it doesn't help, then delete the hell out of all profile files.

Wrote to EA, waited 8 days for a response.
Today they answered:
Unfortunately, the game does not support such a large resolution.

So I'm playing at a more suitable resolution for the monitor.
You can play, but it's inconvenient, everything is stretched out ((
I hope that support for widescreen monitors will be added in the next patch (if there is a patch at all :) ).

Actually, since patch 1.50 there is support. And the game quietly plows at 1920x1200.
