Hostage bug (The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt)

While I was fighting with one of the bandits, the rest disappeared somewhere and do not appear anymore. Or rather, some appear on horseback near this place, but no one has a key. Is there any other way to free this npc from the cage?

An interesting story, I had exactly the same bug in the same place, but I didnâ€™t bother and began to play the game further. I suspect that it was necessary to boot up to this event and replay, maybe it would help?
