Before the patch, if you disable blur in the config (ini file of the systemengine), the game would give an error and for this you had to disable drpth of field as well, and after the patch you can simply disable blur (everything related to the blur word) and leave depth of field and the game works fine, and after the patch, rain is correctly displayed on the characters and the car. If you want to completely remove all blur and fuzziness, then this very depth of field must also be turned off, but in some strange way some moments of detective vision, light effects are still linked to it, and it is most incomprehensible why these are hints for counterattacks, lightning disappears over the heads of enemies.
