What is the origin?!

Bought it, then Baldur's gate on sale. Today you hit when it is run, climbs the window, saying activate the game". OK, no question. Enter the activation key - it says, Well, here I - play. Press the button back to the top dialogue. The program stupidly does not want to activate the game. But I looked like no one have this trouble. People of NSF and BF3 is also not able to activate. Does anyone know what and why? This business fixes at least?
