Bug with disassembly of items. (The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt)

Game version 1.3 In general, I can not pull out runes from objects. I go to any blacksmith, I press the disassembly tab, I press ok, after the process is completed I get an empty item, and the runes disappear somewhere. What to do ? maybe someone has the same?

On the forums they write that to get the rune you need to disassemble the item. When pulling out the runes, only the object remains, and the rune itself is destroyed.
