How to find the Firefly if you once missed it? (Batman: Arkham Knight)

The first time I found him and caught him. The second time he ran away from me on one of the islands. I can't get to the island of the founders yet. How can I find Firefly now? At the fire station on Bleek Island, he does not appear.
