remove -so and make map 6.83d (Warcraft 3)

Today there was a talk about people not wanting to play because of the outdated version. Just tired of 6.81d.

PLEASE remove -so, because it's not fair (I won't write why, because everything is clear anyway) and make a penalty for the liv (for example, 2 liv in a row, ban, because such players are not fucking necessary)
