Crashes to desktop without errors (Mass Effect 3)

Everything is in the header. Literally after pressing the favorite key on the splash screen. Let me just say that I use the demo.
Updated firewood, dirik, etc.

yes, but I want to try out a demo to understand if I should buy a toy or not. I don't download pirates out of principle.

why snicker? I don't think it was just me that had this problem. so the question is to those who ran the demo and if this problem occurred, how it was resolved
