The White Garden is completed in a few hours with the cleaning of all additional quests and questions, if you skip dialogues during the second passage, then even less. But in general, the simulation of decisions will not fundamentally change anything, unfortunately, there are practically no consequences of the decisions made in the previous parts. At most, you can "revive" Summer if you select the desired option during the simulation or port the save from the 2nd Witcher.
