Can't play GTA IV

In general, the problem is this. A few days ago GTA IV and episodes worked, even with .NET ScritpHook and ASI Loader. Today I go - bam! The GTAIV.exe program stopped working. Moreover, I reinstalled the game today, the problem remained. Also with episodes. I didn't touch them at all. There were no programs. Pure EFLC. And here you are - it does not turn on. PS EFLC started with mods. But pure GTA 4 is not.
Win7 x64 system, GT 730 video card (2 GB VRAM) 4 GB RAM, 3.70GHz. GTA IV- patch 1.0.4.0
