Help, won't start, The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt is crashing

Basically, I have a problem. I downloaded The Witcher 3 (repack from RGCatalyst), I launch it. The screen went black for a few seconds, and then threw it back to the desktop. At the same time, no error was generated, and a file in the crashinfo format was saved to the bin> 64x folder. Here is the contents of the file

The EXCEPTION_ACCESS_VIOLATION error itself usually means incorrect memory access.
