Uninstalling the game (Fallout: New Vegas)

If I delete the game, will the mods that are in it be deleted along with it, or will they remain in their place?

Depending on how the uninstaller works.

Steam, for example, does not touch mods.

After uninstalling the game, clear the folder and then the mods will definitely be deleted.

Isn't it a pity to delete FNV?!?!

If you uninstall the game using the uninstaller, then all the files added by mods will remain, but there is a well-known problem here: some mods (although extremely rarely) replace the game files with their own, which, when uninstalling the game, also affects them, since they are called the same like the original.

MelShlemming It's a
pity, but I already passed it. Moreover, it took up too much space from me ... As for the topic, I deleted the game, and the uninstaller is arranged in a simple way: it deleted the entire folder with the game, thereby affecting the mods.
