Problem.Purple Textures (Fallout 3)

At the initial level (when you play as a one-year-old child), there is a back to read the book (as I understand it, allocate characteristic points),
but only the number five is drawn there and everything else is purple, maybe someone has come across this.

Purple textures mean that the game does not find files in the specified path, which, in fact, are responsible for textures. Simply put, you don't have those textures, or it's in the wrong place. It is also possible that these textures are not initialized - I donâ€™t remember how to do it manually, I only remember that I need to open some ini file and write all the missing bsa files there, maybe some other manipulations.
If the game is a steam version and without mods, then the best thing is to check the integrity of the cache. Well, if there is no hedgehog or fashion, then you have to tinker.

I found a solution, I donâ€™t know about others, but it helped me.
In my FALLOUT.ini file in the language line it was written RUSSIAN, I changed it to ENGLISH and it all worked.
