Second Airship (Batman: Arkham Knight)

After passing the second airship in the story, I canâ€™t get into it. The entrance to the door through the nose is blocked, the door does not open, it is impossible to use a speech synthesizer, the side entrance of the airship is closed. How to get into it? There are a couple of Riddler puzzles left inside. The story is half done.
