meditation bug (The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt)

when I sit down to meditate to restore the potions, time passes but the potions are not restored and writes "it is impossible to do this now"

no alcohol? as far as I know, strong alcohol (alkahest like, Krasnolyudsky alcohol) is spent on the restoration of potions.
