I'm going to play on a super-powerful computer .., but most likely I'll have to on what I have :)

To be honest, in terms of optimization, the UG game, I think it will be worse than Operation Raccoon City.
Benchmark proved it to us. If the game is the same as the bench, then the Resident has fallen even deeper into DEPbMO, and you shouldn't sing a song about iron here. Any reasonable person would understand that it's not about the hardware, but about the GABHO benchmark.
Here is a screenshot (Link below) confirming my words. On such hardware, Battlefield 3/Crysis 3 will produce 50-60 FPS and maybe more. I strongly doubt that the Resident can be compared with such games.
