Quests \"Family Matters\" and \"To the Touch\" (The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt)

Which of these quests should be done first? I don't remember how I got through the first time. In the second passage, I decided to first complete "Family Matters", but stalled at one point. When the baron sends for Tamara, he does not give a doll for his daughter, although I remember that I gave it the first time I played. Depending on what the doll appears? Maybe you need to find out everything about your wife first? Or something depends on the quest "To the Touch"?
